Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Albumination (the "App"), operated by Issorite ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Guidelines

Albumination relies on User-Generated Content (UGC) such as your "Rotations", "Takes", comments, and images. By posting content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the App.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against abusive or objectionable content. You explicitly agree that you will NOT post content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, or racially/ethnically offensive.
  • Encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violates any law.
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Constitutes cyberbullying or targeted harassment of other users.

3. Moderation and User Safety

To ensure a safe environment, Albumination provides native moderation tools. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine violates these Terms.

  • Blocking: You may block any user you do not wish to interact with using the "Block" feature on their profile.
  • Reporting: You may use the built-in "Report" flag to report any Take, Rotation, Comment, or User Profile that violates our guidelines.

Any user found to be generating abusive content will have their account immediately suspended or permanently banned, and their content removed from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content and data sourced via the MusicBrainz API), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Issorite. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or our Zero-Tolerance UGC Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Issorite, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
